History

LIFE CHRISTIAN CHURCHES began in April 1992 as a Bible study led by Pastor Marie Bernier who had previously led Bible studies for eight years. Pastor Marie taught about the powerful, overcoming Christian life she had experienced. Her unique "how-to" approach caused people to discover who they were in Christ and the abundant life Jesus came to give them. Miracles, healings, marriage restorations and financial breakthroughs took place weekly as the Bible study continued to grow.

The Lord began to speak to Pastor Marie about how He would use her to begin many churches. These churches would focus on meeting the needs of the people and training leaders to help others. The leaders will touch these communities with the good news and duplicate themselves, in turn building the kingdom of God and spreading the Gospel throughout many regions. A great army would be built for the Lord!

With the help of her three children and other dedicated people, additional churches have been started in Howell, New Baltimore, Flint and Port Huron.

Staying true to the vision God has given to Pastor Marie, as leaders are trained, additional churches and ministries will be established.
